I reckon I have shared this podcast with more people than any other! Interestingly, I’ve also had this podcast shared with me more than any other, both at work and in my personal life.

As someone who experienced burnout a few years ago (explored here in my article The Burning Shame of Burnout), this podcast helped me understand the practicalities of how I got there and what I might be able to do in order to avoid it happening again.

As we all navigate life with a very, very, heavy additional burden that comes with a global pandemic, I hope this might be a helpful reflection for you. To go deeper, I’ve treated myself to the book and look forward to reviewing that in the coming weeks.

When we find ourselves in stress, there is some excellent guidance on working through the emotions rather than allowing it to take over your body and drive you to burnout. Game changer!!
